In order to improve our service, we ask our clients’ opinion after each transport service provided by us. Each opinion is extremely valuable to us. Our target is to achieve 100% "I liked it".

How do we measure customer satisfaction?

After transportation of goods, the client evaluates our service. We send the client an e-mail with three options: "I liked it" (a happy face), "Satisfying" (a straight mouth), "I did not like it" (a sad face). This is the e-mail our client receives after having received the goods.
